School Flag
The School Flag is sky-blue in colour. It bears the ‘crux decussata’ or the Cross of St. Andrew. St. Andrew was a fisherman and a disciple of Jesus. He brought to Jesus the boy from whose lunch He produced enough to feed a crowd of 5,000. Jesus made Andrew his first apostle and promised to make him a “fisher of men”.

The School Shield represents the ‘Cross of St. Andrew’, the patron saint of Scotland. The white ‘Crux decussata’ (cross) quarters the shield into segments, each representing a house colour denoted by the Fleur-de-lis, the Castle, the Lion and the Palm-tree.

SCHOOL FLAG
The School Flag is sky-blue in colour. It bears the ‘crux decussata’ or the Cross of St. Andrew. Although never officially adopted, the St. Andrew’s Saltire (cross) became the emblem of Scotland and has been flown for hundreds of years by the Scottish people. It was incorporated in the Union Jack that became the British National flag after the Union of England and Scotland in 1707. St. Andrew was a fisherman and the brother of Simon Peter. He was a disciple of John the Baptist. He brought to Jesus the boy from whose lunch He produced enough to feed a crowd of 5,000. Jesus made Andrew his first apostle and promised to make him a “fisher of men”.

The School Shield represents the ‘Cross of St. Andrew’, the patron saint of Scotland. Our Motto is “Perseverantia et Fide in Deo”, Latin for ‘Perseverance and Faith in God’ — qualities which symbolise the Scottish character. Every Scottishite will do his duty and endeavour to achieve success by means of honest and strenuous effort, putting full faith in God.

HOUSE SYSTEM
The four houses are named after Scottish Queens for the girls and Scottish missionaries for the boys.
RED HOUSE
Catherine and MacPherson are represented by the Castle. It symbolises a home away from home, impregnability, firmness and strength in the face of all odds.
BLUE HOUSE
MacGregor and Elizabeth are represented by the Fleur-De-Lis. It is associated with scouting and guiding and represents honour and duty. Represents honour and duty, the scouting qualities cherished by Boy Scouts and Girl Guides.
GREEN HOUSE
Victoria and Kennedy are represented by the Lion. It exemplifies courage and leadership and the desire to attain higher goals. The Lion Insignia is associated with the Scottish Coat of Arms.
YELLOW HOUSE
Anne and Haddow are represented by the Palm tree of the Mahim Bay. It symbolises the location of the School along the green palm roads of Mahim Bay where education takes firm root to produce good fruit.
