Admission to Junior KG for the Academic Year 2025-2026

Parents seeking admission for their ward can download the Admission Form from the School website www.bombayscottishmahim.in

The schedule for Admission to Junior KG for the academic year 2025-2026 is as below:

Dates for downloading the Admission Form	Thursday, November 7, 2024 to Friday, December 13, 2024
Dates for completed Admission Form (along with all enclosures) to be deposited in the School Drop Box	Thursday, November 7, 2024 to Friday, December 13, 2024

Eligibility:

• Children born between 1st August, 2020 to 31st July, 2021 (both days inclusive). There will be no relaxation of the age criteria.
• The child should have completed one academic year of Nursery Grade by March 2025.

Notes:

• The Admission Form should be completely filled and duly signed. • The Admission Form along with all supporting documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and deposited in the school’s Drop Box at Gate No.4 between Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Please DO NOT write any name, address or contact numbers on the envelope.
• The School’s academic session will begin from 1st April, 2025.

Junior KG Admissions for AY 2025-2026 Instructions to Parents

1. Please print the Admission Form on white A4 size paper only. Please print the Form on separate sheets of paper. Please do not print the Form on coloured or any other size paper.
2. Please ensure that the photograph is affixed in the space provided in the Admission Form.
3. Please ensure that the Admission form is filled carefully and correctly. Any wrong information on the Admission Form will amount to disqualification.
4. The duly completed Admission form along with all the relevant enclosures, are to be deposited in a sealed envelope in the Drop Box kept at the School to reach the School Office on or before Friday, December 13, 2024. Please DO NOT write any information (name, address or contact numbers) on the envelope.
   The Drop Box will be kept at the School Gate No.4 from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) between (9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).
5. Enclosures to be submitted along with the completed Admission Form:
   • Photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by the Corporation / Municipality.
   • In case of adoption, certified true copies of valid adoption documents.
   • Aadhaar Card copies of child and both the parents.
   • In case of Christians, copy of the Baptism Certificate of Student seeking admission.
   • Copy of the latest nursery report card of the applicant.
   • Copy of the latest assessment Report Card of sibling(s) not cousin(s) studying at Bombay Scottish School, Mahim.
   • Photocopy of the School Leaving Certificate, if the parent(s) or brother(s) or sister(s) (not cousin) is an ex-student of Bombay Scottish School, Mahim.
   • In case of medical/neurological/social/behavioural concerns, copy of relevant documents.
   • In case of physical disability of the child, please provide relevant documents.
6. Only one application per child will be accepted by the School.
7. The school does not accept donation for admission or capitation fees. Beware of those who promise admission in exchange for money or other favours.
